1. The length for Queen or King is 85"
2. The width of King size is 80"
3. The width of Queen size is 64"
4. The sides and ends sit on the floor and are 21" tall
5. The height of the drawer boxes for any of the bed sizes is 7.25" for the lower row and 6.25" for the upper row
6. This bed has drawers that are about 1/2" the width of the mattress (for bed with head to foot center storage see NdFnN05).

Twelve drawers are under the bed. Six pull out on one side and six pull out on the other side. (Except for the Twin size that has 6 drawers on one side only). The drawers glide on side mount steel ball bearing slides. For the Full, Queen and King sizes, the length of the drawers will be about 1/2 of the width of the bed with no center storage area under the mattress. For the Twin size the length of the 6 drawers pulling out one side only are about the width of the bed with no center storage area under the mattress.

The drawer pulls will be selected by the customer. Standard pulls.

Photos show cherry wood with no color added finished with tung oil. Wood that is not normally seen (such as for slats) is a different hardwood species. Drawer bottoms are of high quality 1/4? plywood.

We use only solid hardwood sourced from forests in the Appalachian region of the United States. No veneers or compressed particle boards are used. High quality USA made plywood is used in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure. The wood that is not normally seen (such as mattress support slats) is a different hardwood species.

Our standard finish is Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods. Our hardwood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is a natural product and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be an exact match with the listing photos. The unique color, grain and appearance are part of the unique one-of-a-kind qualities of your furniture.
