Refund policy

A product return requires a written request and our written approval prior to return.

 

With normal circumstances we provide written approval to accept a return requested within 40 days of delivery to customer of a standard (not customized) product and give a 75% refund of the product price, not including shipping, after product is inspected at our shop within 60 days of delivery to the customer. Buyer is responsible for return packing and shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Any loss of value will be deducted from the refund.

We accept written requests for order cancellation made within one week of the date of the order with a full refund.

 

Order cancellations requested after one week but before shipping of a standard (not customized) product are normally permitted with our specific written agreement with 80% refund of the total amount paid.
