When placing your order please type a note stating all of the options and variations you request to make this best for you. If you see a desired special feature in any photo include that request in your added written note. We will send a separate invoice for the cost of your changes to the listing. The listing you order plus your added note coupled with policy statements in this web site are the total statement of your order. Messages of any other type are not part of the order.
Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is God’s natural creation and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be a match with the listing photos. The unique color, grain and appearance are part of the unique one-of-a-kind qualities of your furniture.
Beds are shipped in pieces that lay flat in a box and require assembly. This enables better protection of the product and lower shipping costs. Detailed instructions are provided. Dressers, desks, shelves, and bedside tables ship fully assembled except for some that need to be attached to a wall and a few that have removable legs.
We ship less complex items by UPS Ground and larger items by freight. Freight delivery is “curb side” to a location near you where the truck can stop. Some drivers will push the crate on a cart to a location not far away on a surface that is paved without any steps or gravel or bumps. But don’t let the driver push the crate into a building unless you want to pay for “inside delivery” which is about $135 or more.
Please advise if your ship to location is on an island, mountain road or other location that will not permit delivery by a large freight truck as additional shipping charges may apply. Arrangements can be made for transfer to you at a terminal or a parking lot.
A quote for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada can be provided upon request. Most customers not in the 48 United States ask us to ship to a freight forwarder contracted by the customer who then delivers the crate to your final destination.
