This elegant Bed is a solid foundation for many different bedroom styles. It is very similar to NbRnN02 but has trim at the bottom of the side and footboard. The bed is designed specifically to work with a Box Spring under your mattress.

Solid wood bed approximate dimensions:

1. The bed is 5″ longer and 4″ wider than a standard size mattress
2. The height from the floor to the top of sides is 18″
3. The height from the floor to the Box Spring bottom is 10″
4. The height from the floor to the bottom of the sides or ends is 8″
5. The length of the Queen or King size bed is 85″
6. The bed listed is for use with box springs
7. The straight bed posts are standard with taper at bottom to 1.5? by 1.5? with 2.8? by 2.8? mid section. Turned posts are available as well.
8. Adjustable feet for uneven floors are included
9. The Queen and King sizes have a center support under the slats. The center support beam has short legs that go to the floor (not shown in photos).
10. With the platform configuration the top of the slats is 17? above the floor

• The bed in these photos is made from Cherry with Mahogany stain added and finished with Tung Oil.

No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.

Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years.
