Angled headboard bed approximate dimensions:

1. The overall bed is 5″ longer and 2.5″ wider then a standard sized mattress
2. The bed listed is for use without box springs in a platform configuration
3. The bottom of the mattress (top of slats) is 14″ above the floor
4. 20 slats are provided which are each 2.5″ wide and with 1.5″ between slats
5. The clearance under the sides of the bed is 9″ (less clearance in the center)
6. The four bed legs are turned to a cone shape as shown in the photos. The center of the bed has short legs to the floor for more support.
7. The top of the headboard is 38″ above the floor. The bottom of the headboard is below the top of your mattress.

No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.

Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is a natural product and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be an exact match with the listing photos. The unique color, grain and appearance are part of the unique one-of-a-kind qualities of your furniture.
