Paneled Canopy Bed with Box Spring Base Approximate Dimensions:

1. The bed is 84″ tall
2. The tapered bed posts are 84″ tall, and are 2.8″ by 2.8″ in the middle
3. The top of the sides are 18″ above the floor. The side boards are 10″ tall with their bottoms 8″ from the floor.
4. The headboard top is 46″ above the floor
5. The box spring is supported by 5 slats. The top of the slats are 10″ from the floor. With the box spring the mattress top is 30″ above the floor.
6. The King bed sizes have a center support under the slats that is not shown in the photos.
7. This bed has adjustable bottoms for uneven floors

Build Quality

No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.

Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is a natural product and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be an exact match with the listing photos.
