Low bed frame approximate dimensions:

1. The bed is 7″ longer and 3.5″ wider than a standard sized mattress
2. The height from the floor to the top of the sides is 18″
3. The height from the floor to the Box Spring bottom is 10″
4. The height from the floor to the bottom of the sides or ends is 8″
5. The length of the Queen or King size bed is 87″
6. The bed is a frame for box spring and mattress set
7. Straight bed posts have standard dimensions of 2.8″ by 2.8″ mid section with the taper at the bottom to 1.5″ by 1.5″
8. Adjustable feet for uneven floors are included
9. Queen and King sizes have a center support under the slats. The center support beam has short legs that go to the floor.

• The bed shown in the photos is made from solid Ash wood which is prized for its light color and dramatic grain pattern. This piece has no stain and a Tung Oil finish which highlights the grain and natural color variation in the wood.

No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.

Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.
