Versatile bunk bed with both stairs and trundle is perfect for both children and adults! Sturdy stairs make it easy for young people to get up and down to the top bunk and give extra storage underneath. The smooth-rolling trundle is handy when an extra bed is needed. The removable top railing at the sides easily lifts off and slides back on making it easy to make up the top bed sheets. The bed is custom made for you. Approximate dimensions:

1. 1. The overall bed is 8″ tall at the top of the headboard
   2. Bottom of upper bunk mattress is 58″ from the floor
   3. Bottom of lower bunk mattress is 19″ from the floor
   4. Stair tread width is 20″ and the staircase adds approximately 24″ to the overall length of the bed
   5. The bed is very sturdy to hold two normal size adults on any level. The stairs are also designed for a normal size adult.
   6. The stairs have storage spaces under the stairs. The taller space under the top step can be used as a closet hanging space with a rod that you would install (or you can ask us to provide the rod).

   7. If the trundle mattress is shorter than the mattresses used on the middle and top levels, then the overall width and length of the bed without stairs is the middle mattress width plus 3″ and length plus 5″ for the bed frame.

   8. The stairs are designed to be assembled rising left to right or right to left so that you can use the bed facing in either direction.
   9. The beds are a platform configuration for use without box springs. The bed is configured for a mattress resting on slats. The space between the slats is 1.5″.

In addition to standard mattress sizes we offer custom mattress combinations. For example: a Full size bunk mattresses with a Twin size trundle. No veneers or compressed particle boards are used except for high quality plywood in drawer bottoms and cabinet backs and some interior drawer support structure.

Our standard finish is un-stained wood finished with Tung Oil. This creates a beautiful, highly durable and easy to maintain finish that brings out the natural character and unique grain patterns of our hardwoods.

Our wood is from the forests in the Appalachian region of the United States that have been sustainably harvested for hundreds of years. Wood is a natural product and as a result grain patterns and variation in color and character in the wood are different in each piece of furniture and will not be an exact match with the listing photos. The unique color, grain and appearance are part of the unique one-of-a-kind qualities of your furniture.
